Series 3 contains published and manuscript materials relating to Latin America and to various Pan-American Conferences (1932-1953). Series 4 contains manuscript notes relating to veterans of the Mexican and Civil War living in California. Series 5 consists of notes and compilations pertaining to early California Methodism (1845-1875). Series 6 consists of notes and compilations pertaining to early Southern Methodism in California (1852-1883). Series 7 contains programs, calendars, periodicals, statistical tables and notes pertaining to the activities of the Methodist Episcopal Church (1900-1966). Series 8 contains notes relative to the membership and activities of Howard W. Derby's World War I military unit. Series 9 consists of notes and compilations pertaining to various Protestant denominations in California (1846-1853).
